Enrollment in our PRIVATE school provides protection to
help parents comply with the compulsory attendance law
in their respective states. We offer four options to
meet these educational needs. All programs represents
the student(s) is enrolled in Forest Trail
Academy, a private school. We will provide official
records (transcripts, diplomas, grades, etc.) for all
work completed with us which can be used for
transferring to public school, college entrance, job
validation or any other educational institution. |

NEW!!! Our home
school program K-12 is a self-paced and ideal for
individuals/parents who want to make the decision as to
what curriculum they use. Once enrolled,
parents/students purchase the curriculum of their choice
(Christian, Secular, etc). Simply notify us in writing
the curriculum you have chosen. The parent’s
responsibility is to supervise, monitor, and document
the education of their children, which will include
submission of periodic reports to Forest Trail
Academy on forms designed for that purpose. In other
words, parents are responsible for maintaining and
providing comprehensive school records which we will use
to issue grades, credits, transcripts, and diplomas. We
reserve the right to assess students on a yearly basis
to determine correct grade level placement.
The tuition for this program is only $30 per month or
$300 paid in full. |

The Correspondence Program K - 12 is a self-paced and
ideal for parents/students who want to have their study
materials selected & mailed and wish to study in a
"traditional" paper and pencil method. Forest Trail
Academy offers both
Secular Correspondence and
Christian Correspondence programs. Student/Parent
receives the curriculum by mail and once completed are
mailed back to the school for grading.
Tuition starts at $550 with 50% due upon enrollment. |

is a self-paced and ideal for individuals/parents
who want to create and customize their own curriculum.
Once enrolled, parents/students will submit their
customized curriculum for approval by one of our
academic counselors. The parent’s responsibility is to

Online Prescriptive Learning K-8 is an easy-to-use, self-paced learning system designed to help a wide range of students gain proficiency in Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Hundreds of Web-based lessons-spanning six skill levels and ranging from grades K to college entry-challenge beginning to advanced learners. This system meets the requirement set forth by No Child Left Behind to improve student achievement. The program also aligns technology with state academic standards, to provide both remediation and instruction. Whether students are struggling with a subject area, in need of additional academic challenges, preparing for proficiency exams, reinforcing concepts, or strengthening workplace skills, the results are the same-an increase, sometimes dramatic, in test scores. This is program is also ideal for at-risk or learning disabled students.
