Forest Trail Academy, LLC has taken over the operation and management of Virtual School of Excellence, LLC (VHSE) and is moving in a new direction. We are here to improve and build upon what is already established. Our number one priority is students. We will not compromise the current Program or integrity of our School or any of our students.

| Guidance Counselors are available to assist. Our programs systematically and comprehensively address developmental stages which students experience as they mature and progress through school. |
| Guidance Counselors are available each day to talk with individual students regarding personal, social, emotional, and academic concerns. |

Tracking academic progress for all students |

Talking with parents, teachers, and students regarding academic progress. |

Providing students with registration materials and helping them determine what will be the appropriate course selections for them. |

Providing students with Youth Options information for post secondary courses. |

Scheduling students for all courses |

Registration and administration of the PSAT and SAT Tests. |

Talking with Juniors and Seniors for post secondary planning. |

Guidance Counselors will also make available scholarship information for a number of national, state and local scholarships. Some scholarship applications are sent directly to the guidance office; others are available online. You may want to spend some time researching the many scholarships available to seniors.
For seniors who are applying for financial aid, the advisors office has current federal financial aide forms ( FAFSA ).
Grade information and transcripts are kept in the advisors office. Colleges will ask to have a transcript sent along with your applications. You may also be asked to send ACT test results. This information is available in the Advisors Office. |
